Lunchtime Insights: Demystifying the Antitrust Trial Hosted by the Young Lawyers Division

Join us at noon Pacific/3:00 pm Eastern for an engaging lunchtime session offering a rare, behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to bring an antitrust case to trial. While few cases ever make it to the courtroom, trial work remains one of the most fascinating—and least understood—aspects of antitrust litigation for lawyers early in their practice.

Our featured speaker, Brendan Glackin of Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein, will walk us through a trial from start to finish, sharing practical insights drawn from his extensive experience both as an antitrust litigator and a former public defender. From jury selection to closing argument, this discussion will demystify the trial process and highlight what young antitrust attorneys should know if (and when) they find themselves in the courtroom.

This program is designed especially for early-career antitrust lawyers interested in understanding the trial experience—and seeing how the skills they’re building today translate to the courtroom.

Zoom link will be provided following registration.
