COSAL President Robert S. Kitchenoff and Cuneo, Gilbert, LaDuca partner Victoria Sims co-authored Running Up Against the Illinois Brick Wall in the inaugural issue of Class Action Monthly. The article addresses the pressing need for states without statutes permitting indirect purchaser recoveries under their antitrust laws to seriously consider passing such legislation.
