COSAL Applauds Antitrust Whistleblower Awards Program

Statement from President of the Committee to Support the Antitrust Laws (COSAL) Greg Asciolla:

“COSAL applauds the Department of Justice for instituting the first-ever Antitrust Whistleblower Awards Program. By providing a financial incentive for whistleblowers to come forward, this program will help uncover antitrust wrongdoing that harms consumers, workers and small businesses. We hope Congress will see the merits of this approach, codify it and strengthen antitrust enforcement for years to come.”
