Amicus Brief: Major Junior Hockey Case
The COSAL Amicus Committee filed an amicus brief in support of Plaintiffs in the Major Junior Hockey case.
COSAL believes this case addresses flagrantly illegal and exploitative conduct and raises key questions for private parties to combatting international cartels.
