COSAL Hosts Panel “Champions for Consumers and Small Businesses: Becoming an Antitrust Plaintiff’s Lawyer” at NYU Law

COSAL and the NYU Antitrust & Competition Law Society (ACLS) hosted a panel discussion on March 27, 2024 on the NYU Law campus. Student associations at law schools have shared that these events are common with the defense bar and COSAL was very excited to represent the plaintiff's side of antitrust to the next generation of antitrust lawyers.

Panelists:
Deborah A. Elman, Partner, Garwin Gerstein & Fisher LLP
Christian Hudson, Counsel, Cuneo Gilbert & LaDuca
Kellie Lerner, Partner, Robins Kaplan LLP
Patrick McGahan, Partner, Scott + Scott Attorneys at Law LLP
Sharon K. Robertson, Partner, Cohen Milstein
Jennifer Scullion, Partner, Seeger Weiss LLP

The panel was moderated by ACLS’s Jackson Maxwell and Nick Hardiman

Following the panel, Rust Consulting hosted a cocktail reception at Amity Hall for COSAL members and students. Fifteen law firms and three law schools were in attendance. This event included great networking opportunities for plaintiff’s antitrust lawyers and for students.
