Washington DC Networking Dinner with JND following the 2026 AAI Policy Conference
On June 4, COSAL members gathered in Washington, D.C., for an evening of networking, conversation, and thought-provoking discussion following the 2026 American Antitrust Institute Policy Conference. Hosted in by JND at Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab, the event brought together members of the antitrust community for cocktails, dinner, and the opportunity to connect with colleagues from across the profession.
The evening featured special guest Brendan Ballou, who shared insights from his forthcoming book, When Companies Run the Courts. Ballou discussed the growing use of forced arbitration clauses and class action waivers, examining how these mechanisms can limit consumers’ and employees’ access to the judicial system. Thanks to the generosity of JND Legal, attendees also received complimentary copies of Ballou’s upcoming book.
COSAL extends its appreciation to JND Legal for sponsoring this memorable event and helping create a valuable forum for networking and discussion among antitrust professionals.
